Incorporación inmediata.
Requisitos:
Asses the existing Oracle VM infrastructure; propose and implement recommendations and improvements
Install, manage and support Oracle VM Server x86 environment.
Install, manage and support Oracle VM Virtual Servers
Implement configurations related to clusters, SAN, multipath, security and user/group administration and to ICC standard tools for backup, monitoring and administration.
Perform regular patch updates.
Identify and troubleshoot known problems and document solutions.
Design, develop and maintain automation tools aiming at optimizing the management of the Oracle VM Virtual Server Infrastructure.
Document monitoring and maintenance procedures.
Perform required tasks in maintenance windows.
Perform other duties as required
SKILLS
Expert knowledge of Oracle VM:
Experience in implementing Oracle VM 3.3.X
Experience in managing and troubleshooting Oracle VM 3.3.X in a critical environment
Experience in migrating of VM between different Oracle VM environments.
- Good knowledge of Xen, OCFS2 and Cluster Concepts.
- Good knowledge of Storage Area Networks, LAN, WAN and Internet technologies and protocols
- Good knowledge of shell scripting (Perl, bash, …)
- Knowledge of HP Server hardware
- Desirable knowledge of VMware and or Microsoft HyperV
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in English.
